Lake Agnes, MT

This is why we hiked up to Lake Agnes, Montana...spectacular grayling...beautiful iridescent colors on the huge dorsal fin...lots of fun...we caught them on black ant flies (released them all...so no report on whether they taste good or not).
Corey on the hike UP to Lake Agnes (that's a different lake down below)...this is about half way up.
Corey and Conner trying to keep live Grayling in a 'pond' they created...(all the grayling escaped).
Corey coming to show me his Grayling from Lake Agnes (Kevin in the background fishing)...notice the white sandy beaches that surround the lake!
Lake Agnes...about 2-3 miles in length...total isolation...great fishing...great scenery.
Grayling from Lake Agnes, Montana...they averaged between 12 and 17 inches long...beautiful colors!
